Join Us

Anyone is welcome to join the Street Fit Scotland Family. We especially welcome those who are going through a tough time – be that through addiction, poverty, poor mental health, homelessness or otherwise. We also welcome those working to help people overcome these problems to join our classes. You can see a full list of our current activities below.

We understand it can be a little tough starting exercise for the first time or after a long time, but you will only find fun, gentle encouragement and welcoming arms at Street Fit Scotland.

Classes are free, and once lockdown is lifted and we can see you in person, will also include after-session catch ups and support with a nourishing post-workout snack or meal. All participants are provided with Street Fit sportswear (an Under Armour t-shirt and hoody) as a welcome to our team!

2021 Programme of Activities

As the COVID restrictions have been somewhat lifted for exercise we are able to offer a full programme of activities for the first time in over a year! We are very excited to be back and will of course be operating under strict COVID guidelines for each class. See below for what is currently on offer.

Our regulars are added to a Whatsapp Group for class information, support and general chit chat!

Strength and Conditioning with Pascal, Edinburgh Meadows, Tuesday 12pm

Yoga with Claire (text for Zoom link) Wednesday Evening 6pm-7pm

Wellbeing Walking Group with Jessie (gentle walk to Arthur's Seat)
Wednesday, 11am - 1.30pm

Hiking Group, Monthly, Thursday, 10.30am start

Feedback groups (peer-support) facilitated by Karen, Monthly, Thursday 3pm

Outdoor Fitness Sessions with Pascal, Friday 12pm
