“This began as a passion project for me but as the years have gone on it is clear there is real proven benefits to using exercise as means to combat long-term homelessness. Those who attend our classes regularly report enormous benefits to their mental and physical health.
For some this has meant being able to beat addictions, gain employment and get their lives back on track. I’m enormously proud of what we have achieved so far, but I know there are many more people throughout Scotland who can benefit from our service. All our services survive solely on funding and donations. With your help we can reach more people!”
We are a young charity with a big impact. Every penny will make a huge difference for the people we support. You can donate via Just Giving here.
